WHO WE ARE
Willow Park Housing Trust is a not-for-profit housing association with 7,800 properties in East Wythenshawe, South Manchester.

The trust was set up in 1999 with the transfer of 6,600 homes from Manchester City Council and a further 2,300 homes in 2004. In 2009 we also took on 125 homes from Guinness Northern Counties. We have invested over £235 million in improving homes and the environment, developed new places to live and provided many community facilities and initiatives. This was recognised by the Housing Corporation with a ‘gold’ award for empowering communities. In 2012 we won the top award from the National Housing Maintenance Forum for our innovative work.
