WHO WE ARE
A criminal justice agency which works in partnership with others to protect the public, reduce re-offending, rehabilitate offenders and support victims.
MORE ABOUT US
Each year we supervise around 4,000 offenders, providing them with probation supervision, offender programmes, unpaid work and specialist support services which can help them stop re-offending. We work in partnership with other agencies such as police, prisons, courts, local authorities, health, education, housing and the voluntary sector. We have a particular focus on partnership work with our communities in order to support the rehabilitation and effective management of offenders in the community.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We want people who value and respect equality and diversity to join our diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Supervising offenders can be tough and we rely on our staff to do a difficult job well. We look for people who are proactive, forward-thinking, can work as part of a team and can bring in fresh ideas. If you think you have something to offer your community and you want to make a difference, we can offer a challenging and rewarding career.
