WHO WE ARE
With 5,300 students, we are one of the smallest modern universities in the country but also one of the most successful; key to this is our sense of community.
MORE ABOUT US
We believe that it is essential that our provision is inclusive and reflects the diversity in which we operate, as our university is enriched by the perspectives of people from diverse backgrounds. We value our staff and encourage an environment in which individuals are treated with respect and dignity, and feel safe and empowered to be the person they are. Academic subjects taught include business, arts, humanities, sport, sport sciences, PE and teacher education.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We look to attract individuals with a range of skills who have a supportive and flexible approach, and who believe in our core values of respect for the individual, the freedom of debate and discussion, and equality and the encouragement of diversity. As an employee, you would be able to access a broad range of training and development opportunities and would work in an environment in which you can be yourself. You may also wish to become involved in the work of our equality groups to help us shape our equality agenda.
