Our role is to improve confidence in work-based pensions by protecting members’ benefits and encouraging high standards in running pension schemes. We work with trustees, employers, pension specialists and business advisers, providing guidance and education to make clear what is expected of them, and enabling them to achieve high standards. This is an exciting time to be working for us as we prepare for our new role in ensuring that employers meet their new duties to automatically enrol staff into a qualifying pension scheme.
