A successful community-based housing association with over 1,200 homes in the Cardiff area. As well as our landlord role, we are major support providers.

As well as managing our portfolio of homes we are major support providers, having secured contracts from a number of local authorities in South East Wales. Our strengths include specialist housing and support for BME communities, working with young women and their babies, family support and floating support for older people and those requiring high-level specialist support. With a commitment to excellence and community involvement, we have won several awards, including making the Best Housing Association report, Wales.
