‘I have been an officer for more than 16 years. I have seen vast changes during my service – both in terms of colleagues’ behaviour and the service levels provided to all communities. As part of the gay staff support group, I conduct tasks relating to this in my working time. I’m also provided with support towards my own personal development.’

We are based in the South East of England and serve a population of over 1.5 million. The area is very diverse, ranging from rural to urban areas and includes the cosmopolitan city of Brighton & Hove.
