We provide emergency and fire safety services to people in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. We are rated as one of the top fire and rescue services in the UK. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for people from all backgrounds and sections of the community, with a wide range of skills. We encourage everyone who supports our core values to consider a career with us. We usually recruit support staff and part-time firefighters throughout the year and full-time firefighters around every two years (minimum 18 years of age). We value all our employees and have a range of continuing work to support LGB staff. We attend Gay Pride, LGB events and support the local LGB network. We are confident that everyone can feel comfortable with us.
