MORE ABOUT US
We are a national service with a local feel. We have five operating divisions covering different regions of Scotland, all delivering a range of services from the accident and emergency service through to the patient transport service. As well as those directly relating to patient care – including those in control rooms, community paramedics and volunteers – we also have people in a range of support functions. We have a strong commitment to equality for all and recognise that improving what we do is a continuous process.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Almost 90% of our staff fulfil an operational role, with the remainder in managerial and support functions. For all our staff, there is the job satisfaction of knowing that what you do makes a difference. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and in particular from those who have a genuine interest in helping/caring for others – and who want to be a part of achieving the highest standards of patient care. We are determined to ensure our work is inclusive and continuously improving.
