‘As a lesbian and RFP equality and diversity manager I am proud to be working for a sport that has a genuine commitment to LGB inclusion and tackling homophobia. We have launched the Tackle It! posters, DVD and education pack, disseminated findings from our research with young LGBT people and supported the Leeds Rhinos’ LGBT match.’

We are proud to have become the first sporting organisation in the Top 100 of the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index. We have also achieved intermediate level of the Equality Standard, a Framework for Sport, and have been awarded Investors in People status.
