WHO WE ARE
The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. We provide, on-call, a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service and a seasonal lifeguard service.
MORE ABOUT US
Our vision is to end preventable loss of life at sea. Our lifeboat and lifeguard services are the key functions of the RNLI, but behind the scenes they are supported by committed and dedicated volunteers and staff. They strive for excellence, which is driven by our values: selfless, dependable, trustworthy, courageous. We are committed to our volunteer ethos, remaining independent of government funding, being community-based and centrally directed, building on our maritime expertise and pride in our heritage over the last two centuries.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In order to provide our vital service, we need to attract dedicated, professional, diverse and talented volunteers and staff to our organisation. We advertise all our opportunities on the RNLI website. These could be within our fundraising, operations, engineering and supply, finance, IT, HR and training, corporate services or retail sales departments.
