WHO WE ARE
Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) came into being in 2002, delivering mental health services for the population of Lincolnshire – such as adult services, specialist services, child and adolescent mental health, etc.
MORE ABOUT US
The trust provides mental health services and social care for the population of Lincolnshire as well as specialist services for people in other areas within the East Midlands. We are helping people to recover in the
community and designing services that meet the needs of the population.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for people who care about other people and genuinely want to make a difference in their lives. We recognise that employing staff from a diverse background not only supports the make up of the population we serve, but also enables us to ensure that the skills and knowledge our staff have can support the people we serve. We want to be the best at what we do and we can only do that by employing the people who can help us deliver our services to the diverse population of Lincolnshire.
