WHO WE ARE
We provide a range of mental health and learning disabilities services, across Lincolnshire. We deliver services to people in their own homes and from over 70 sites. We work closely with our staff, patients and others to ensure our services meet the needs of the people of Lincolnshire.
MORE ABOUT US
Our mission, vision and values look at behaviours and attitudes to ensure the people we care for are at the very heart of our organization. Our mission statement: “Promoting recovery and quality of life through effective, innovative and caring mental health, social care and specialist community services”. We work with service users, carers, staff and partners to deliver better health and social care services for all. We are committed to ensuring staff represent the population of Lincolnshire and are able to be themselves at work inclusive of the protected characteristics (Equality Act 2010).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek people who share our values of compassion and of making a difference. We recognise that employing people inclusive of diversity enables us to strengthen our staff skills, knowledge and experience. These impacts positively on outcomes for the people we serve. We actively encourage people from underrepresented groups and those with experiences of mental health conditions and learning disabilities to be an active part of our workforce. By maintaining a zero tolerance to discrimination, we endeavor to create a positive environment for all our staff, patients and stakeholders.
