‘The Gay Police Support Network (GPSN) has been in existence for over 15 years now and continues to work with chief officers to ensure that Leicestershire Constabulary is seen as an employer of choice for gay people and a police force that meets the needs of local LGB people in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. As chair of the GPSN I am proud to work for a gay-friendly organisation.’
