We are a registered charity care provider with a range of flexible services tailored to individual needs, which support independence and choice.

Our care and support services include supported living, domiciliary services, extra care schemes, registered care homes, day services and respite/short breaks services. We support over 750 service users each day and employ over 1,800 staff across 100 locations. We have a strong value base and involve service users in our management processes wherever practical.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for motivated individuals who want to contribute to improving the day-to-day lives of those we support. Although formal qualifications are not essential, we will expect support staff to study towards a diploma in health and social care. For management roles, qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 4 are required.
