WHO WE ARE
Doncaster College is a large provider of further education (FE) in South Yorkshire and also one of the largest providers of higher education (HE) in the region.
MORE ABOUT US
The college enrols about 20,000 people on more than 500 part- and full-time courses. Across its two main campuses, the college employs around 800 staff and accommodates students aged 16+. The main campus, the Hub, features some of the best educational facilities in the country. The University Centre is the Hub’s sister campus, where you will find many of our higher education courses. Set in 126 acres of idyllic countryside at High Melton, it is home to the School of Business and Management, Stables Conference Centre and the Relate Institute.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At Doncaster College staff are encouraged to play as full a part as they can in the life, goals and culture of the college. Based on the succinct message, ‘Our staff matter, the college cares’, we expect our staff to work with integrity and dignity, show respect for others, value difference and share their knowledge and skills in a diverse community. In terms of the college goals, staff are guided by shared generic attributes, common core values and a staff charter that sit alongside our policies and procedures.
