‘Myself and my partner are both service managers and started working for Dimensions as support workers many years ago. We have been civil partners for a year. We have both had good experiences working for Dimensions. We are treated no differently as a lesbian married couple to any other married couple.’

We support people with learning disabilities and people with autism. We are a not-for-profit organisation and a leader in our sector, supporting over 2,500 people.

We provide services for people with learning disabilities and people with autism. We offer a range of services to young people and adults of all ages, including those with complex needs or challenging behaviour. We know that people with learning disabilities want the same things out of life as everyone else – to choose where they want to live and with whom, to have relationships and to be able to get a job. At Dimensions, our approach is based on providing the right support to ensure their experience of life matches their plans and potential.
