WHO WE ARE
We aim to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
MORE ABOUT US
The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve problems by providing free information and advice, and by influencing policy-makers. Citizens Advice Bureaux are independent charities and members of Citizens Advice. Advice is open to all, regardless of race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, religion or nationality. Citizens Advice sets standards and provides bureaux with training, an advice and information system and other services. It also coordinates policy and campaigns, media, publicity and parliamentary work.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds – men and women, people of all ages, nationalities, sexual orientations, religions and beliefs. If you are looking to develop your professional career or just starting out – there are opportunities for you.
