MORE ABOUT US
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust offers services for children and adolescents, working-age adults and older people. Care is provided mainly through community teams who offer treatment and support through a range of services right across Berkshire including Reading, Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead, Wokingham and West Berkshire. Our main hospital location is Prospect Park Hospital, Reading.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for staff from diverse backgrounds, committed to the provision of high-quality, patient-centred services. We expect our staff to be committed to equality and diversity, strive to meet service user and patient needs and provide a first-class service. We have launched an LGB&T staff network and the ‘Some people are gay. Get over it!’ poster campaign. This year we intend to tackle LGB issues in service delivery and include diversity in service redesign initiatives. Staff at the trust are open-minded and willing to engage.
