WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Evidence of teamwork, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and motivation for a career with A&O. For training contracts, we look for people with strong, consistent academic performance at school (typically AAB at A-level or equivalent) and in degree studies (typically a minimum of 2:1 – achieved or predicted) or equivalent, enthusiasm for a legal career and an understanding of the work we do. A&O has a great working environment – individuality and diversity are encouraged. Our LGBT network, A&Out, provides support and information for staff.
